We've heard four of the yes votes came from schools who have since left to join the River Cities Alliance.

Travel is certainly a concern for some of the districts that are leaving.

And then obviously creating that system for everyone to leave that, you know, is really hard I think to establish in some of the OK Councils.

It's a requirement for some districts, but you have to be in your community, and shift it in a different time frame or a different field position.

And then you can go to the registrar and play with them.
